My favorite thing about our nursery is my changing station setup. Everything is within hands reach, easily accessible and simple. Your setup matters, especially in the beginning months when you are changing so many diapers.
Both baskets are usually full of diapers but I was running low on my diaper supply, hence the empty top basket. On the shelf, we keep the weighted wipes dispenser, diaper cream, lotion, hand sanitizer, and baby bum brush.
I couldn’t find any copper/rose gold baskets that I liked and were affordable so I bought these from World Market and spray painted them with Rustoleum (will link everything below). The shelf I bought on sale at Michaels and also spray painted. I wasn’t able to find the exact baskets online so I linked to a similar option. The mirror is from Home Goods and I wasn’t able to find a link for it.
We have the Munchkin Step Diaper Pail and really love it, we’ve had no issues with odor and it holds a decent amount of dirty diapers before we have to empty it out. We tried the Dekor diaper pail at first but were not impressed, the flap situation was just a situation I could NOT deal with it.
I’ve linked everything that I can:
Rustoleum Copper Rose Spray Paint
Waterproof Changing Pad Liners
Do y’all want to see the rest of my nursery? Maybe that will be my next blog post.
