I’m A Fan Friday: Safety 1st Cradle Cap Brush and Breastfeeding Nightlight

Happy, happy Friday friends! This week has been a much needed week of rest and recovery after traveling. Texas also got some winter weather this week which was a refreshing change.

Today’s post is about two simple products that I have gotten so much use out of. The first one is the Safety 1st Cradle Cap Brush which I have used religiously since my daughter was a newborn. She never had any cradle cap, which I attribute to this little comb! If you read the reviews online (screenshots of some below), parents say the exact same thing. I think the fine comb does a really good job of stimulating the scalp and brushing through all those precious little baby hairs. I love that it’s affordable and works! Add it to your registry or buy it here. If you live in Texas, I’ve seen this comb sold at H-E-B.

Next up is something I was very skeptical about registering for at first, but a friend insisted that it would come in handy. She was right! It’s an LED night light for breastfeeding. I love, love this little light so much. It was my bedside buddy for those nighttime feeds and diaper changes. When you’re getting up in the middle of the night, the last thing you want to do is to switch on the room lights. One, they are bright, two they could mess up your baby’s internal clock on whether or not it’s night or daytime.

This has a warm and cool light that dims or brightens with a press. The light is bright enough that you can see everything without being offensive. It charges via USB and holds it’s charge for a very long time. Underneath the base, there is a little strap you can use to carry it if you want.  I was going to do a video review of this light but unfortunately, Amazon no longer carries this exact one. However, I’ve linked some very similar ones here, here and here.
